-
Allowing admins to invite users to join their communities
-
Allowing admins to accept or reject membership requests
-
The creation and assignment of post categories
This upgrade aims to streamline community management while ensuring a safer and more organized community.

your duties?
-
Select the most frequent scenario. Now I’d like you to walk me through the steps you follow when you begin to perform admin duties. Please talk out loud as you walk through these steps

-
How can the app personalize the wellness journey for users with chronic conditions differently from those with preventative health goals?

-
Navigate them through the admin panel and have them perform a few tasks. Please talk out loud as you walk through the steps.

What kind of tasks would you like to be automated/added/improved in the system?

Are there any features that you want to have in a mobile version of this app?

CUSTOMER VALIDATION

Admins should have the capability to manage which communities a member is added to, as well as control the visibility of the communities a member belongs to.

The posting types have all been hard-coded into the app infrastructure - it doesn’t give any flexibility. Community admin should have the authority to decide the posting types relevant to their communities, enhancing diversity and inclusivity.

I prefer using the desktop version, as it offers more user-friendliness compared to the mobile version.

LEARNING OUTCOME
This project gave me firsthand experience working with a real client, where I learned how to draft a user interview script and effectively facilitate and moderate user interviews. I also gained insights into various research methods, including interviews, surveys, and card sorting. Additionally, this was my first time collaborating with a diverse team, allowing me to develop strong teamwork and communication skills.
