User Scenario

Testing Scenario

As a football fan, I am out celebrating my wife’s birthday
I want to use the app to get real-time updates of your favorite team’s soccer match
So that I can stay updated about my favorite team's performance in real time

Goal

Evaluate how do the users wish to view the real-time updates: by checking the score on the home page or by enabling real-time notifications.

Prioritized Outcomes to Focus

  • Access to Results: Users should be able to access results by clicking on the live match card, reducing the number of clicks required.

  • Schedule: The layout of the schedule section should display the live scores of ongoing matches.

  • Notifications: Define the criteria for notifications to ensure a smoother user experience.
